Jackson, MS., February 16, 2009-----Priscilla Howell of Neel-Schaffer, Inc. has passed the examination for licensing as a professional engineer in the state of Mississippi. Ms. Howell joined Neel-Schaffer’s Transportation Division after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.

Ms. Howell has over 4 years of transportation experience. Her responsibilities have included preparing plans, specifications and estimates for traffic signal installation designs as well as for multi-use facilities. She also conducts and prepares traffic, environmental, and noise study reports.
