NSI won the coveted first place award in the 2007 Keep Mississippi Beautiful competition for development of a system to properly dispose of damaged appliances on the Mississippi Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina.
In 2007, NSI was recognized as being among the top 40 fastest-growing privately held companies in Mississippi. This competition was jointly sponsored by the Mississippi Business Journal, and KPMG Peat Marwick.
NSI was listed by Roads & Bridges magazine as one of the top 50 road and highway design firms of 2007 in North America.
Also, in 2003, NSI was the proud recipient of the Mississippi Better Business Bureau and the Clarion Ledger’s Business Integrity Award.
ACEC has a peer review program. Member firms are reviewed in all areas of their practice by teams of trained principals from other firms. NSI has requested and received three peer reviews. This is an excellent indication of our commitment to quality as less than 100 firms out of 6,000 member firms have received three peer reviews.
