Neel–Schaffer, Inc. founded in 1983, is one of the largest privately held engineering firms in the Southeast and Southwest. A multidisciplined engineering and planning firm, Neel-Schaffer encompasses a group of specialized companies with offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
