Roadway Engineer Randy Roberts joins Neel-Schaffer in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. (May 31, 2017) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Randy Roberts, PE,  has joined the firm and will lead our South Carolina roadway design efforts, working out of the Columbia office, located at 1320 Main Street.

Roberts has 15 years of experience providing design and project management services for state departments of transportation, and municipal, residential, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Southeast.

He has extensive experience in managing a wide variety of projects, including roadway and infrastructure design, site development, flood studies, storm water management and detention/retention basins, low-impact development, water and wastewater systems and rehabilitations, trenchless technology, utility coordination, and construction management.

Roberts is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and North Carolina, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
