TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (Oct. 21, 2016) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Aaron McNeal, PE, has re-joined the firm as an Aviation Engineer and Senior Project Manager.
McNeal, who has 12 years of experience, will also work in business development for the firm’s airport clients throughout Alabama and Tennessee.
McNeal previously worked for Neel-Schaffer from 2007-2013, providing services for a wide array of aviation and transportation projects while based in the firm’s office in Columbus, Mississippi. The last three years, he served as an aviation engineer and project manager for RS&H in North Carolina, where his work included project management, engineering design, and construction administration services for commercial service and general aviation clients.
“Aaron will be a real asset as we continue to serve the aviation clients we have across Alabama and Tennessee, and as we look to grow our business in those states,” said Craig Hanchey, PE, Senior Vice President for Neel-Schaffer’s East Region. “Aaron has experience in many disciplines, and he has contacts throughout the Southeast. The fact that he will be able to focus his attentions on our aviation clients will be a boon for the airports we serve and for those we hope to serve as we continue to expand the services we offer.”
McNeal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
