Neel-Schaffer adds Project Manager in Tuscaloosa

Wyman Turner BG CroppedTUSCALOOSA, Ala. (July 26, 2016) — Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Wyman Turner, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Manager based in the firm’s Tuscaloosa office.

Turner, who has 12 years of experience, will manage transportation projects and handle Neel-Schaffer roadway projects for the Alabama Department of Transportation, the City of Tuscaloosa, and counties across the state.

Turner has extensive experience working on multiple projects for ALDOT and Jefferson County, including the Birmingham Northern Beltline. His experience includes all aspects of roadway design, and project construction management for sewer rehabilitation projects.

Turner holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University
